Organization and History of the Firm
Dunnings Law Firm traces its history to 1950 when Stuart J. Dunnings, Jr. opened a law office in the city of Lansing as a sole practitioner. Over the years, the law practice created by Mr. Dunnings grew to include other attorneys, and 
three partnerships and associations were formed culminating in the establishment of Dunnings and Frawley, P.C. in December 1985. The firm has been a professional corporation (P.C.) under a different name since 1970.
The firm has always maintained a practice of dedication to client service by providing the highest quality of legal service. This firm has enjoyed its highest rating which embraces “faithful adherence to ethical standards; professional reliability and diligence” since early 1970. This distinction is a 
tribute to the quality and commitment which 
has sustained this firm for over 35 years.
We also participate in the UAW-GM Legal Services Plan, Hyatt Legal Plan and other legal plans.
